Nie mogę zainstalować WIndows 11

Mam ogromny problem z instalacją Windows 11. Tzn. automatycznie mi chciał lapek zainstalować ale się nie dało. I od dwóch tygodniu jadę na trybie awaryjnym (10) bo inaczej uruchomić się nie da. Doszłam judo wniosku, Ĺźe problemem jest TPM. I odkryłam w HP info jak to uaktywnić. Tam jest napisane tak:
How to unable TPM on my computer.
Turn on the computer and press F10 to start to the BIOS setup menu.
On the Security tab check whether TPM device status is hidden
Toggle the TPM Device status to Avaiable.
I teraz problem polega na tym, ze jak wchodzę w zakładkę Security w BIOS to tam są tylko dwie opcje ustaw hasło (Administrator Password i Power Password). I nic więcej. Nie ma żadnego info o TPM.
